A: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur in remote areas or during peak periods.

Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?
A: No — at this time, we only ship within Australia.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order via the Track Your Order page.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is free.

Q: Are any items non-returnable?
A: Yes — items marked as final sale, personalised items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Q: What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
